Hi, I’m Tina. I’m a writer based in Kansas City, Missouri.

I started my career in advertising before going on to work at Hallmark as a senior humor writer, where I wrote lots and lots of cards:

I also created social content like this and this, contributed to Hallmark’s creative blog and web site, wrote material for Chris Rock, and was featured in several crafting DIYs, interviews, and on Hallmark Channel’s Home & Family.

After 17 years at Hallmark, I’m teaching workshops and pursuing a writing career of my own.

I love helping others gain the confidence they need to create, which led me to start The Panicked Creative, a weekly newsletter where I share all the methods—big, small, wildly unproven—I use to stay inspired.
